No excuse for single use

It´s important to stay safe in these times, and facemasks have become a big part of our lives.
But single use Coronavirus-masks are thrown carelessly away, ending up clogging sidewalk drains and washing into waterways. Single use facemasks are washing up on beaches all over the world, threatening an already fragile marine ecosystem.
We are thinking THERE IS NO EXCUSE for single use!! Soap with water is a highly efficient way of killing the virus!
Our newly made facemasks (now available in our Eco-shop) are made purposely white - so that it´s easier for you to be reminded to wash it, and keep it clean at all times.
We got our facemasks special made by our long time partners from Friends International - FRIENDS ´N STUFF - creating jobs in these rough times for marginalized families in the countryside.
We also got special made facemasks for kids. They are made by the social enterprise Silk Screen printing lab - supporting former street children and their families through The Green Gecko Project.
